Anyone handy with electronics...Issue with WaveMaster Pro

I have a Wavemaster Pro that plugs number 1 and 2 are not working. The lights come on, but the plugs do not work.

I have no problem fixing it but don't know where to start. Someone mentioned that it may be a diode?

I have had the same issue, but I believe mine was plug 3. I bought another one (used). I wondered myself why it stopped working
