Hello there,

Does anyone have any photos taken with this camera or any suggestions about this camera? I am looking for a new camera that will take great photos of my tank under the current 14k lighting. I was told this is a great camera from my neighbor who is a camera buff. Not the best he says, but will do what I want it too.

I have found them cheaper, but I just wanted to give an idea of it here online.. Information appreciated.

Thanks for any and all information.

Can you set a custom/manual white balance? Also if there are no flat areas of your tank, you'll always struggle to take a decent photo (I don't know how much of your tank bows).

The camera allows for

White Balance
• Auto
• Daylight
• Cloudy
• Tungsten
• Fluorescent
• Fluorescent H
• Flash
• Custom

I do have flat areas of my tank.. I was kinda hoping someone had this camera and has used it before. So if anyone has this camera please post some feedback and photos.. Thanks!

I have that camera. Although I think it's good, I struggle to take shots that compare to the ones you see on this and other forums. I found that you have to fool with the settings to get what you want.

might you happen to have some photos you have taken under 14k lighting without having to PS it? Just curious... I would like to see them if you have them.

You should be able to see the pictures if you go to the galley section. If not, let me know and I'll post them.

I would be worried about Noise from that camera, and then the manual focus on it, its probably button based.
