clarki with popeye

i need help with a clarki clown i have been treating for 10days with epsom salt and marcyn for popeye. its seems like the swelling has gone down a little but has not healed completely . does it take a long time to heal popeye or is there something else i can try?i have her in a qt tank as of right now.she has had this conditon for awhile and this is the way i received her.any suggestions would be appreciated.:)

If its a bad case of popeye you'll likely need two doses...Also you may need to redose with a different Maracyn. which one are you using ? There are three different ones. Maracyn 1, 2 and plus.

I have a Stripped Dottyback that had popeye (i didnt know what it was) a while back, i thought that it got to close to a crab, but the eye healed. Now this weekend i noticed the eye seems to have developed glaucoma (it has a whitish glaze). Is this the result of the popeye?
