Remember that gigantic MRC skimmer on display in their booth at MACNA?  Well they fired it up and here is a video of it. http://www.reefbuilders.com/2009/11/24/commercial-scale-reef-creation-skimmer-fired/ That was the biggest skimmer I ever saw.

I seen it at MACNA what a beast!!! I don't know if you'd sleep at night with that thing in your house.... Sounded like a jet engine. Wonder how many gallons its good for and what the watt draw is, Or should I say amp draw?

That very skimmer is going into this outlandish system!

It's too bad that if you bought it, and found it undersized for your home system, you'd not be able to offer a good deal to another NJRC member.

A man without a reef! 90&75g holding tanks/215 g system with a 150g Rock Tub to be tied in soon. The 375 is sitting dry, still trying to figure it all out!

Video is deceiving!! That or I need glasses!!!

Now, how does that pump work? I have a large single beckett skimmer that I feel is not running efficiently. There are lots of bubbles but the majority are large. I'm guessing it is a neddle wheel? I need that set up for my skimmer. How does it work and where do I get the parts?

Thanks
