I am ready for the new build after my 350 leaked on me. It will be an acrylic tank this time around.

72X60X32.

I plan to use everything in the basement that is still running.

It will begin with the sump room redesign. Tank will arrive in 6 - 8 weeks.

Stay tuned for pics as the build comes together.

600?
Might be easier to install an in-ground pool with glass sides then dig viewing tunnels around it.
But seriously, acrylic? I know the advantage is in the weld, but there has to be a ton of bracing on a tank that size.
What's the thickness?

The tank is being built by Advanced Acrylics out of CA. Look them up.

What great news Sunny! Is this goi g to be in the basement or upstairs like the prior one?

Ha! What is the fun of having a tank in basement, Pete :-D. I will never see it. It will replace my 350G in the same room.

Mark I did weigh in and pondered for a looooong time. Finally decided acrylic for that size tank and after my misfortune with glass. It will be 1 inch thick all around and euro braced.
