A little bit about me

Thank you for saying that but really it was more for me, it had to get out of my head but was easier doing it like this than having the words come out of my mouth. I still really haven’t “ spoken “ to my wife about it,, I make my post then when I’m ready hand her my phone to “ read “ what’s going on in my head
Plus therapy is expensive and this is 20 a year, and like I said before,, nobody can see your tears behind a keyboard. ,, much love and respect my brother

this was really worth a read. i dont think i ever read into someones whole life the way i just read about yours. its crazy how i met you at Mikes house (thats when I said I I will now call you EQ), we sort of connected, chatted a bit, but never really thought anything of it. then later on we chatted on the phone a bunch of times, and then you drove all the way to my house just to help lift the tank onto the stand. I already know you are a genuine person, and a great friend. its really amazing to see how hardships and heartaches bring out the best in people. keep your head up, and keep on reefin!!!! if you need anything, im here for you brotha!!

Ok so enough about me and my crud , back to reason I started this thread to begin with
On my way to get coffe today I came across a older gentleman on a bicycle at 5.30 this morning, he looked to be having a rough time, so being the person I am I pulled over and offers him a ride. Of course at first he refused ( probably because my outer shell) but after a minute or two of me insisting on my part he agreed to let me help him ,, I put his bike in back of my truck then held door open for him to get in ,, first stop was awesome for coffee, got him one also, then drove him home 8 miles away. He was very thankful but only thing that mattered to me was that I made a small difference in a strangers life,, and that my peeps is priceless to me

Wow! What a life. A lot of it hits pretty close to home. Best of luck on your journey.
I actually left sooo much out, had to or would turn into a novel, never talked about how me n my friend found his father shot in the head, or my two buddy’s that built a rowboat in their garage and died in it on first day testing it out,, all that was in same year when I was 15

oh you can't post that and not tell the story

Ok first I’ll tell about finding my best friends father shot in the head. Me n my buddy we’re together for many years since age 5-7 somewhere around there Anyway his dad was like mine except he loved to get high. I remember my buddy would steal his dads pit and we would sit in the woods and smoke all day ( age 14-15.5) C his pop had good stuff, better than we could afford, well anyway at age 45 his father decided to start a heroine problem. Well it he got far into debt with the wrong people and got whacked in his garage( bigger than the house) one to the head nice n clean
Me and my buddy walked into the garage after about an hour later, maybe more who knows,, and found him in such a big pool of blood it was worse than a movie. I mean I’ve never to this day ever seen anything like that in my life ,, the even more hard part was yelling for his mother to call the police and as plain as day I can see her face when she came into the garage and saw her husband with half a head in a pool of blood that would make you cringe,,, The story of my friends who died in rowboat included the brother of my best friend that 6 months earlier found his father shot ,, and I was there for all of it at age 15 (along with my other baggage)
That’s all for now I’ll tell rest later. Thanks for taking interest

Wow it took me a couple days to read this whole thread. I’m kinda wiped out from reading it. That you had that kind of past and are still here is amazing. Sounds like you’ve really made a breakthrough and I hope the rest of your life is a 180 from what you’ve been through.

That is a deep read man...glad you are still here to tell the story. Unfortunately, I think all of us can relate to certain parts of your life[I know I can].
Now it all makes sense to me as to why someone I don't know would offer to help me move my tank and take time out of their own personal lives just to be nice. I am looking forward to meeting you in person.

Look forward to meeting you also
On another note I Quit my job today and I feel so good about it,, even though I got a ton of hours the money sucked ,, I made more money in one day fishing that doing 129 hrs in two weeks,, it depressed the heck out of me,, then when I discovered last week that owner is a big piece of crap and a actual horrible human being, a real scum bag that called his employee’s,,, a bunch of EGGPLANTS on parole that need to have a job or go back to jail so they will do whatever he wants or says , and I can pay them crappy wage because they can’t complain or go back to jail,,,
Well ever since I heard that last week, first I couldn’t believe my ears, second I felt my stomach drop I was Appalled that in 2020 a piece of crap would say something like that,, well I’m on this journey to better myself and I am ashamed and embarrassed to of worked for people like that,, as I cannot surround myself with those minded people, spreading negative vibes ,, AND WHAT GIVES HIM THE RIGHT TO TREAT ANY HUMAN BEING LIKE THAT,,
He’s just lucky this wasn’t 5 years ago or he would honestly be in the hospital and I would be waiting for my wife to Bail me out of jail
I feel good about myself for walking away

So today I finally got hooked up with a child that’s needs a Xmas during this horrible year of failure and disappointment with the 2020 cooties,, he is a special needs child and I plan to make sure he has a smile on his face on Xmas morning no matter what,, also my good friend that owns a restaurant is going to make a big holiday feast with dessert for no charge
I’m so excited to help this child have a happy holiday. Remember my peeps
Empathy
Compassion
Kindness
Is what this time of year is about, let’s not forget others, and be great full for what we have
God Bless Peeps

So I be learned the child’s name is Cooper and he’s 9yrs old and has Autism. In the past 9 months this little boy has lost his
Grandmother
Grandfather
Great grandfather
And his MOTHER
He’s being raised by his great grandmother at the moment, but she’s old n from and can’t really do what she needs to do for this poor child I feel blessed that I can bring some little bit of joy to Cooper.
The officer that hooked me up with Cooper told me he sits in his room and watch’s kids play a video game on Facebook because he can’t afford one and that makes me wanna cry for him,, the game is called ,, Swift Light by Nintendo and the game he likes is Mario Cart
I wasted no time and went straight to Target and got it for him, was more expensive than I thought it would be but nothing can compare to the joy it will give him ,.. I can’t wait to bring it to him Xmas eve.
Also me friend that owns a restaurant is making them an Xmas feast with all the trimmings at no charge This is awesome and I’m high on the thought of a
RAOK
