So they still haven’t replied to my email but as suggested I called this morning and got right through. Apparently my missing item is just being shipped from another location. If they’d simply have indicated that when the order shipped, or noted it on my packing slip it would have saved a little annoyance on my end. First world problems :)

Called them up and need to send them pics and they will replace my entire order. Will keep you posted.

So it seems 2 of the 4 items are out of stock now and getting a refund on those. I have to say was a useless effort to order from them.
edit: I did ask for a shipping refund. 2 items for a few bucks isn't worth $20 shipping.

Me: Oh, I'll snag this Magdrive pump, and this tubing, and this heater, or I should get 3 of the heaters, and these connectors, and maybe this powerhead.

My brain: You have 15 f****** pumps in the garage, 3 f****** powerheads, 2 f****** powerheads your trying to sell, 2 f****** heaters in boxes, and enough f****** connector bits and pieces to build a f****** Mars rover.

Me: /hits buy button.

Can anyone recommend a good biopellet reactor that is still available on their site? Figured this might be a good time to upgrade, but also don’t want to needlessly waste money on something that is just “ok.” Is Aquamaxx a good brand?

I just place a 3rd order from marine depo.
I don’t think I have ever purchased anything from them before. I think I have enough GFO and carbon for a year

What kind of GFO and carbon did you get? All that I was looking at was sold out
