Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
Our efflo, the lone survivor, had the tips burned off of it when we lost our SPS in September. The tips of that are rapidly recovering the bare/algae covered skeletin. I think there's one left that has visible death remaining. The new flesh is able to grow faster over the existing skeletin and...
Re: new tank starting
If you were to purchase everything new, expect it to cost you about 50$/g just to get setup. And then another few hundred a year in quality fish food, additives, replacement bulbs, etc. The tank is absolutely the cheapest thing about the hobby. Frugal is one thing, but if...

Your fish can react to stressors (adding fish) by becoming symptomatic when they weren't before the addition. It may or may not have been the addition that introduced the ich...
I like the 3rd and 5th best... but there's a bit toooo much depth of field. Too much in focus in front of and behind the acan. Can you thin that out some (lower f-stop)?
