Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
I don't know of a local resource, but there are a couple of online resources for rotifers. You could contact ReefNutrition, for example. I know they could sell you some. There's also a Seahorse website that sells them, if I'm not mistaken. Good luck!
Glad it is happy! You really should avoid trying to get so close with your photos... when you are inside the working distance for the camera you can't get focused pictures. A little further back seems to make for a better photo. Be sure that you're exactly perpendicular to the glass for the best...
The frag tank is always chock full of goodies. A great trip no matter when you go. And, you're also not far from Red Sand and OGII. If you make it a triple stop it will be WAY worth your trip. Be sure to shop hop while you're in the area.
Coralife timers are NOTORIOUS for going up in smoke. We threw ours away after I read the story of the fire on RC. Those poor people lost their home. Glad it had a happy ending for you, if not without taking a few years off your life expecancy.
You want to keep that ball valve, so probably best to "lose" the bulkhead. It looks like you can cut up against the bulkhead and reuse what remains.
If you're brave (and a little crazy) you can cut at the mid-point of the pipe and use a heat gun to pull the PVC out of both sides. That's a whole...
Is it leaking from the PVC joint or the threads? If it is the threads unscrew, re-tape and try again (Cement? You didn't cement the nut, did you?). If it is from the pipe, you have a couple of options.
