Depends... maybe he bought 200$ worth of raffle tickets! This HID lighting technology is very exciting. It runs VERY bright on VERY little electricity. This is far superior to LED and MH lighting. Unfortunately it isn't enough light to light my tank or I'd give it a try for sure.
