I’m selling a small frag tank. 18x18x8, 1/2 acrylic. it has an overflow with a scupper box, so nothing is taking up space in the tank. 1/2” return line, 1” overflow. Price includes the 1” bulkhead. I will include a half inch bulkhead if I can find one (they’ve gotta be around here...

It’s a lack of knowledge on my part. I just don’t know if anything would leach from vinyl. I changed because I do know nothing leaches from silicone or poly.

My local Walmart stocks them too, shouldn’t have any problems finding them….

If it’s an emergency and you need something ASAP, I’d use it. I’ve used vinyl tubing for small feed pumps before. I never had an issue. It’s been replaced with silicone since. I’d use the poly if you can, it’s very cheap and available on Amazon for quick delivery.

The kessil app works, it’s just a lame app. Are they looking at adding apex support just to the new lights?

You should be fine if you make a strong mechanical connection. Salt creep will fill in any leaks. That said, there is a piece of mind in everything being glued, and **** happens. I’m about 50:50 myself lol. Dave

My frag tanks are BB. My display is going to be shortly. I love the look of a fine white sand, but it’s easier to maintain a BB in my opinion.
