Thanks boss, I think I am going to chisel stuff off my biocube rock and and take frags from my big tank and sees the biocube and see what these corals look like growing in the biocube.
I took the reefbrites off the tank to give the lid a propped cleaning of all the salt creep. I took some top down photos at this time. Actinics with an orange glasses and without the reefbrites on.
I had cheato, it grew well. Then I pruned it back way too much and it all turned hard and withered away. The next icp test I sent out matched the same as the first so honestly I think cheato can just up and call it quits when it wants. I have grape calurpa, it always grows and I never had it go...
I moved the big colony over to the big tank and as it’s settling in to more nutrients and the different radions, it’s getting more of a light pink with the green skin. I love it when corals change colors but it’s the same exact coral.
If you make it out this way toward bot, I’m in Tom’s river, for zoas I have Rastas and rainbow incinerators. For sps, I have pocillipora, forest fire digis, tyree pink lemonades, poto sidechick, asd rainbow Millie’s, tgc cherrybomb tenuis, montipora setosa, cornbreds flaming unicorn.
You either pay for the elements in your salt, or you pay for it in the additives. I have tried all the other salts and I don’t get the color or consistency from other brands. Even throw it on my frenchfries loll
