What is your Alk? Ca? I'm guessing your Ca is high and your alk is low. Do a water change, stop dosing Ca (if you are) and continue your Alk dosing until you get back in balance. Are you dosing anything for Mag or is that naturally high? What salt are you using?

www.autotopoff.com has a double float switch that you can use to topoff your system with. Then just put a SMALL pump (or aqualifter) in an RO/DI bucket and plug that into the float switch. It's my understanding that they do quite well under T5s/PCs. Don't feel like you're under lighting it. I think they actually prefer less light to more.
