I wouldn't rush it. I would top off with 1.030 water for a few days should bring you back up depending on how much top off. Otherwise I'd change out 5g a day with 1.030 until it was back to running level. I wouldn't try and do it in a day.

Bummer. Shark River is a fun dive. We did it at night once with our dive team, way back when (when you could still swim out to the wreck off of Long Branch without the Nuns getting all twisted up). That would be a great dive for our next trip. I'm not sure if it is as good for finding tropicals...
