damn, I would of never expected it to come from a sicce pump, usually built well. I haven't been able to examine the pump on our calcium reactors but can you get another sicce pump to replace it? I would also contact Seapora warranty or Big Al's to see what they can do. atleast you caught it...

test for stray, regardless if you feel a shock or not. I routinely check for stray voltage since I had a brand new finnex tianium heater destroy colonies just like how you're describing and it took me awhile to figure it out. I didn't feel any shocks either. doesn't hurt to test for it.

get a ICP test out if you can, that pretty odd that's it starts from the top. have you been running carbon? have you tested for stray voltage?

yeah any lighting mount are pretty pricey, but these are the rigid ones.

yeah man but not too concerned, just more pissed that growth could of been better on my acros if there wasn't something in there pissing them off.
