I've used an HOB AquaC Remora Pro skimmer on a 40b with lots of success. Uses an older direct spray injection method to create micro-bubbles and louder than more modern skimmers but IMO performs better than most of the modern HOB.

i'll be interested in writing an article some time this year in regards to having a higher success rate on keeping SPS.

I wouldn't mind this either! did the same, picked up a few things as well while I was there. Can't wait to see what Mark has in store for RAP.

hey guys, any suggestions on how to tackle wire management for this? have a few ideas but would like some suggestions.

take your time and cut between the eyes and it'll be fine!

not going to say all chalices are the same but some have notoriously long sweepers. it's good to take a blue/purple led flashlight at night and just observe them to see how far some of their sweepers can reach.

do it! put me on a list for a booger sized frag of your chalice. lol

get a dremel with a diamond coated blade. you'll be cutting corals like a mad man!
