I was never a big water changer, but I've gotten back into the rhythm. One small obstacle was taking my canopy on and off. I didn't want to go the pump route as I've tried that before and I didn't like it...
Rock covered in pandoras, and sponges.
The acros and leptosaris would be pulled off, but I'm sure some leptosaris would stay.

Recently I've been dipping any corals with signs of stn or any sort of bacterial juju in witch hazel as per dong on reef bums podcast. When I do this I notice that it immediately kills any pods on the corals.
I'm needing to buy some coral rx and I realized why not just use witch hazel for any...

I've had a reef tank for about 5 years. My current semi successful and sumped tank has been up for 2 years. I got into acros because of Randy from BRS. At first I wasn't big on water changes because I was using distilled and it was a pain in the ass.

Years ago I watched a video of a system tour. The guys setup was in his basement. He had a 125 packed to the top with live rock and had a few eels in it. Does this sound to familiar to anyone ?
