    i have a 20long tank goin up soon. i have been thnikin of trying plates...maybe if they do good i will give it a shot... just dosent seem like the kinda coral you can cut in half(or eighths)and have them regrow into normal ones....neat

    yeah besides being non photosynthetic i think they just really dont like light. i have mine about halfway up my rocks in my nano. if he even comes out during the day the feeders dont get over maybe 1/2 inch, as soon as those lights turn off though the dark orange soft tissue up top fills with...

    they used to have real sharks back in the day, not anymore. and those rays are pretty beastly, so is the price. i personally like the merodonotus catfish for 700.00

    none of these big chain stores should be allowed to have saltwater livestock (or freshwater for that matter). when the wife and i were in maine visiting family we went to the petco(i think)and they had saltwater fish. tons of fish, none looked good. i know i will get yelled at for saying this...
