Tank pretty much runs on its own. All I do is check my alk every morning at the same time. I have a 35 gallon top off so I don’t need to check that for 2 weeks.

Also are you dosing aminos?

I don’t think it can be precipitation. If anything it may be the beginning of coraline growth. Don’t think the calcium is high enough for precipitation. Over 500 then yeah. I could be wrong

I use phytoplan and reefroids once a week maybe twice. I have a 180 with a lot of corals I use about 3/4 of a tspoon each time. I’ll use roids on a tues and phytoplan on a Friday. Try cutting it back some. Corals have fish poop to eat you won’t starve them. My old system I didn’t use any of it...

Thank you. Started with dry rock may of 2018 and started adding SPS end of June 2018. Corals have adjusted nicely. Added a ton of bacteria to keep them healthy in such a new tank
