Whats a good SPS to start with? Hmm... a cheap one. Montipora are probably the best but you dont need one with flashy colors to start off with. Just find a half-way cheap frag that are so often sold in the for sale forum and see how it ends up.

I try to purchase coral only from fellow hobbyists. If you take your time and wait, you will always find exactly what your looking for for a great price.

I am a follower, not a trader(yet anyway) but I think Frontier Oil will rally. They were at about $50 earlier this year and they are going back up again.

Frogspawn, torch coral, and hammer coral are great. I would suggest some lps because they all grown very slow and are relatively hardy.

I have been looking and am finding alot of t5 as well as t6 fixtures. What is the difference between the two?
