Hi Sobo. The Smart ATO is normally restricted by MAP pricing but we've been granted permission to sell it for 10% off until midnight Monday. So the reason you can't apply the 15% off coupon is because it's already discounted! We've noted the other coupon exclusions above in case you're having trouble redeeming it on any other items.
