So I haven't bought a fish in a few years and just recently had a tank crash. I remember Salgado aquatics had good prices but I see they closed.

Is there any shop that doesn't charge $40 for just a plain clownfish?

(Bonus points if you have suggestions for coral shopping)

Iirc Salgado still exists. They moved the operation to Texas. Depending on your location Reefco has a good selection of coral. And Fengs Reef is open but might be by appointment.

Absolutely fish, sea level and aquatic obsession are great choices!! I don’t remember getting a sick fish from any of them!!
Although I only buy in person (not good with anything online).

Same issue here with fish

Reefco is insanely expensive
Absolute fish are also very expensive but a little better then reefco
Ny aquatic are cheaper but their fish are such hit and miss most of the will not eat when they hit your tank

Ocean gallery is pretty close to reefco and is much more affordable, I got my snowflake cloud there for $25 or 30 (that’s less than $40!) and he is doing great!
