flow rates?

ok so before i buy a power head, what would be a chart to help me get what i want, i was figured i get one strong, a medium, and a weak current power head. But what would be the GPH for each current rating? i have a 75 gallon and looking to provide with a decent amount of water movement for fish and coral.

Since you want water movement, you are much better off obtaining pumps designed for this, rather than using powerheads.

Here are a couple of examples (offsite links) -

There are several other vendors out there and there are also retrofit kits that turn a conventional powerhead into a pump similar to these. You'll get a lot better water flow this way. As long as you don't way overdo it, there is no need to worry about getting too much flow.

I have two Koralia 3 pumps in my 75g plus the return. I like the flow now very much. Initially had two Koralia 4 pumps but was way to much for the softies and frogspawn.

In my 65 gallon I have a Seiio 620, 2-Maxi-jet 900's and 1-Maxi-jet 600 plus the return pump and I wouldn't mind a little more flow. I have a mix of SPS, LPS, a couple of softies,2 BTA's and a pair of clowns.
