Frag Tank ?

- What would be an ideal height for a frag tank? I have a 36" Tek 6 bulb T5 fixture that I would like to use over it. I will keep different types of coral in there. I would also like to make it out of acylic.

- Is it best to keep the frag tank seperate from the main tank?
