Great company to work with from my experience. first i accidentally deleted the conformation e-mail they sent me and asked them to send me another one (this was at 7:30 PM) i got a reply that night. talk about great shipping!! the box list. there was one box with packing penuts and another box in it. inside that box was another box which fit like a glove. inside that box there were 2 other boxes. inside those boxes was finally the ballast and pendant.

Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
