HELP!!!!.... queen angel with 2 white spots on fin!!!

ok i noticed that my angel just got these two white spots on her left fin....

what do i do???

what could it be??

please help me!

Could be ick,but without pictures hard to be 100% sure.
Do you have any cleaners in the tank for example,cleaner shrimp,cleaner wrasse or a neon goby?
If not out of the 3 listed above I would search for the neon goby,they are really resistant to disease and are available as captive bred.

Bigg...are the white spots large and look more like tufts of cotton?? or are they small and look like pinpoints??

If it's the former, then it is not seriious and the tufts should disppear by themselves as long as the fish is eating well.

But, a picture would help a lot.

yes i have 2 cleaner shrimp in the tank...

and yes they are larger "tufts" rather than the smaller spots from ick

thats why i freaked out cause i had no clue what it was

ok guys the queen went to a friend who wasnt a noob....
i was afraid to do something wrong and kill it
