Hey guys.. I just bought a fixture.. 150w 15000k de bulb with reflector and Icecap electronic ballast...

Works awsome except for the part where the bulb is making a very anoying High pitch sound... Like when you turn on your tv on, but alot louder...

what could it be?.. Its comming directly from the bulb...

I don't think its the ballast since the SE bulb worked fine.. its the DE bulb.. Imma try calling the place with the bulb...
