The leak ended up being bigger then I originally thought, and Mike helped me out.
We replaced the existing power vent with a new one, mostly because my wife did not know anyone with a tankless and we were not sure how much the final cost would be.
At the end of the day, we have hot water without any leaks, so the wife is happy.
