Inkbird probe errors

Hey I was wondering if anyone who has an inkbird, consistently gets the error that says the temp difference between the two probes is abnormal? I have the probes right next to each other and the unit is less then two months old. Doesn’t even have a sponge growing on them. Thankyou!

Are they metal or silicone covered?
You should call support if it's only 2 months old.

Sorry I never saw this somehow, they are the rubber ones so they aren’t ones that I can change out. I contacted them and they are making it right and sending me one from China that should take 5-7 days, but with the things going on in the world it’s taking a lot longer.

If you cut the wire you a swap them, but if they are willing to send a new unit, it's better!
