STOPPED IN TO AQUA OCEANS IN TOMS RIVER ON THURS AND PICKED UP A LAGUNA FARMS FROZEN FOOD. WOW THIS STUFF IS GREAT. FISH LOVE IT.INGREDIENTS ARE FISH EGGS,MYSIS SHRIMP,CLAMS,OYSTERS,KRILL,ROTIFERS,ZOOPLANKTON,SEAWEED,GARLIC,HUFA,AND SPIRALINA.....IT WAS 14.95 FOR AN 8OZ.FLAT PACK...CHECK IT OUT

thanks for the post and insight. Would you mind not typing in "ALL CAPS"? it's hard to read...sorry - i already wear coke-thick eye glasses and if they get worse my wife will force me off this computer! ;D
