Hey guys, I have a couple of caps that were given to me that are brownish in color. They are growing and adhering to the rock that I glued them to and are sprouting new pollips out of the growth on the bottom.

They seem a little pale, do you think that I should lower them?

They're under 2 2-150 Hqis and 2 130w dual actinics.

what kind of lights were they under before you got them. also placement. my caps lost some coloring after i changed my lighting system but the color is back after about 6 weeks. they will have to get used to the new lights you are running they should come out of it. good luck

They were under VHOs when I got them about 2 Mos. ago. There have more color in the middle area then the sides. They're small frags about between 1.5 and 2 inches.
