Starting w/ new sand ????

Ok well im setting up my new tank next week. I have 120lbs of carib-sea sand for the tank. But its not the live sand its the dry sand. Since its carib sea do I need to clean it before using it ? Or can I add it to the tank before the water and just fill the tank ?

if it's the Dry Carib sea bahama sand then you can add it right to the tank. then buy one bag of LIVE sand to seed the new stuff.. if not you'll just have sand and saltwater with no life.
