stony's???

I have never done stony but now have all I need to do so where can I get some real nice ones. All I've Sean has bean brown with brown polyps and a lot of you have very colorful stuff. So where do you get yours???

i personally buy most of my stuff at aquatic obsessions in avanel, but i've seen some real nice stuff at red sand in dunellen, and ocean galleries 2 in greenbrook maybe? then if your in south jersey there is the hidden reef, and in north jersey you have absolutely fish, they can be expensive, so it may be worth travelling... other than the hidden reef these are the places i have been to myself and can vouch for.... but there are also a few more that i'm sure others will chime in on

- these 3 stores have lots of beginner (also Expert) Corals with good prices...
- when you became an expert, you can lookup in the Vendor Forum, to get more rare corals (especially from SMCooler in BridgeWater).

- if you are tight in budget, then attend as much as monthly meetings as possible, there is no fee required, however, when attend we would like to bring a dish of home-made-food, or drinks to the host for off-load their budget... ;) usually before the meeting, some members will started to post what they have for sell/trade, you can definitely get amazing corals with excellent prices (mostly between $10 to $30 range)...

- this coming month's meeting will be at PnoyReefer - Steve's house (he is one of the many reefers in the club that got amazing corals).

- I advise you to NOT bring a lots of $... cause you will be so tamping and spend them all...!! however, makes sure you have your paypal account info handy just in case...
;D

Common stuff and ORA stuff can be found at LFS, I personally get my ORA SPS from Steve at aqua oceans he has the best prices on them.

For designer and high end SPS Stan (smcooler) is the man, or for the high end stuff there is on line places like ATL, Fragfarmer, zoafrag and a couple of others.

or just wait until a member post frags to sell :) there is a few of us that do have the higher end pieces and every once in awhile post frags for sale. But if you don't want to wait contact smcooler believe me you wont be disappointed.
