Yellow-eyed Tang with pimple on tail

Please help me identify this spot on my tang’s tail. I searched the internet for fish diseases and parasites but came up with no match. I am not sure if this fish should be treated or not. The tang appears to be healthy now and through the three week quarantine. I can try to catch the tang from the display tank and return it to quarantine but this could be more stress that is not needed. Any suggestion?
