do you think I could do a frag tank just for zoas using reg aquarium lights (I would use 2 sets) or is this still not enough light thanks for any input John

Define regular aquarium lights. At the minimum Id say go t5's, but also depends on the size and volume of the tank.

you could have twenty regular NO lights on top of a frag tank - and that will not add up to a single vho bulb/PC or single T5.
