Frogspawn is not SPS :P.. but you can use a dremel or to get a nice cut buy a Bandsaw..

You can run both and see good results.. It also depends on your stock list. If you will go SPS dominant then MH will be my pick ( just MY OWN OPINION ) .. I have seen tank with MH and T5 and can grow anything but you have to consider that lighting is only one part of the puzzle....

- I changed my filter sock everyweek - I put them on the washing machine with bleech and let it dry for 2 days ... - I really dont wait till it overflows .. If you wait then you will have a hard time cleaning it..

Use Coral revive to dip your acros.. Always detached it from a rock that it came with. I used to use TMPCC for dipping but that sometimes result to browning out or sometimes bleech my SPS. Coral Revive is less stressful and have been using it for a yr.

I've been using Seachem Reefsalt for close to a yr and never had problems. I was a RC user for many years but since the problems came out with batches and lost quite a few corals I then swith to Seachem. I love it and people who have seen my tank last time is the only proof I have :)
