I started off with a cheap ebay special....even worse than Seaclone. lol Personally, I have never used a Seaclone, but have not heard great things about them, especially not on larger tanks. One thing to remember is that you should never skimp on a skimmer...your tank will likely pay for it...

Just thought I'd add to the list...Paradise Pets on 79-something Woodlane Road. I think its in Eastampton. Anyhow, I wouldn't make a special trip to them, but do have some fairly decent livestock in and out weekly and prices are ok. LR sucks and pieces are covered with hair algae, etc. but...

I guess so - I know I'm enjoying it so far. :) Maybe once I get a job and start to take a look around the area I'll be able to spend more money on my tank and not be on the forums so much. lol I have waaaaay too much time on my hands, I guess. lol

I just got a blue Linkia Star. Other than the little serpents I got on my LR, this is my first proper big star. He's really cool to watch ! What did you end up getting ?

Thought I'd add my experience from this retailer (even though its the first one I've been to since arriving in NJ.) Great place. The dry goods employees were terrible, but the livestock guys down in the fish room were helpful and always happy to answer questions, etc. They stock their tanks...
