DC pumps dont handle head pressure well. The l1 is rated for 3100 at zero feet and has a max head pressure at 21 ft. So if your pumping the water up say 11ft the flow is cut in half most likely alot less after you factor in your plumbing. The blueline 70 is rated for 1750 ft but has a max head pressure of 39 ft. The blueline will probably out flow the l1 because it wont lose power as it pumps the water up. Because it has almost double the head pressure of the l1.
