NOTICE 4/4/2017 - On April 10, 2017, New Jersey American Water will resume using chloramines in water treatment at its Swimming River Water Treatment Plant in Colts Neck and its Jumping Brook Water Treatment Plant in Neptune. As a bulk-purchaser from New Jersey American Water, the Borough will revert back to measuring total chlorine residual in the system once the transition is complete.
