Dr. Jim (vendor) will sell them to you with a release. It is a prescription item for animals and thus isn't easy to get on the street. If you are going to the meeting today, I could supply you with one which treats 380 gallons. The norm seems to be three separate treatments to kill the whole red bug life cycle.
