LOL! The ones you posted were great. Thanks for posting the pictures (Steve too)! I know how time consuming it can be to resize them and get them put up somewhere. We all appreciate the effort.

For what its worth, I use a program called "IRFanview" or "ImageConverter Plus" (IRFanview is free, though) to batch process images. It will even read most raw formats (including Nikon and Canon). You can set up the paramters ahead of time, select a list of files, or an entire folder, and then tell it process, and it takes care of the grunt work for you. Thought I'd throw that out there.
