ARO Ballast Help

I recommended that my Brother in law purchase his lighting from Club Reef (Ebay Store). He ordered 3-MH ballast, one VHO kits, and three DYI canopies.

He's not using his VHOs due to the Ballast crapping out and the owner will not provide info for the manufacturer.

Anyone know how to contact ARO corporate, or know of someone who will repair it? He lives in the Burlington Area, and I am in Plainfield.

Thanks so much. I'll forward the info to my Sister immediately, and sent this thing out. They didn't catch the reef fever because they will not listen to my advice about water quality and lost some corals. Then this happened and they just got frustrated and more lazy with the tank.
