Dinos?

I can't figure out what type of algae this is. It's on everything except the sand. Phosphates are currently 0. Don't know what to do about this. What is it?

FRAG SWAP VENDOR
Nate, is it slimy or snotty?? Are there bubbles in it?? Color of it?? Its hard to tell from those pics. Dinos are usually more stringy, what you have seems to be some type of slime, possibly a type of cyano.

It is a slimy texture, wouldnt neccesarily say snotty. It comes right off the walls and overflow when i touch it, but its hard to get off rocks. It is about 1/4 inch thick on the overflow and back wall. On the back wall there are a few strings coming out of it. also, yes there are bubbles in it.

If you're finding dead snails, it might be dinos, but I agree... Doesn't look like the dinos I fought. Water changes, reduced lighting helped me.
