I 100% called this in 2015 that it would happen within 5 years!
It’s really sad to be honest, I used to buy here primarily but over the past couple years the prices have gone up, product lines have stagnated, and the customer service has completely flipped the past few times I’ve dealt with them and is now one of the worse that I’ve encountered online.
