Going to clean my Sicce Syncra return pump for my AIO= had questions

I am going to do a quick soak in vinegar water. Should I be worried about over vinegaring my pump?

I dried out the suction cup on a power head with this type of clean. I don't think I have rubber though in Sicce. Should I be concerned about vinegar to water ratio?

I have the smaller Sicce Syncra on my biopellet reactor (I think the 1.0)....I believe they are all built the same.....they come apart very easily, so take it apart. There is a rubber o-ring around the faceplate of the pump.
