I'm no expert, and can't help you with the majority of them. Here goes my guesses:

1 = SPS
2 = zoos
3 = Acro frag
4 = ORA green Birdnest
5 = Yellow Polyps (no kidding, I'm serious)
6 = zoos

Bob is right about your flatworms. They're all over. I see them in the second, third and fourth picture.

I know nothing about them, so please ask someone on what to do about them.

well my six line isnt doing his job, so i am going to get some flatworm exit this friday and get rid of them
