How do you make and overflow. Over flow help/

I recently bought a 65 gallon tank with an overflow. The tank did not come with pipes for the overflow. All I have is a box which drains into the sump with two holes. I understand one hole is for the return and one is for water to the sump.

How do I create this? What is needed?

If you go over to reef central,under the do it yourself forum theres a few different ones . You can also buy a "overflow/return" kit for the tank,thats what I did .
