how long to have radion xr30w on for reef

I was wondering how long I should be keeping my eco tech radion xr30w g2 on for. I have had it on for 2 months now and it runs from 10am to 8pm and then 3hours of moon light. My corals have not died nor are they growing at all. I was wondering if I was leaving it on too long.

What size tank ? How high up from your tank what percentage are the lights on ?

45 pentagon and its 8" up from rim

Power? Mine are on for 11hrs with peak power for 8 hrs
