Media Basket for nano tank

I saw that a bunch of you suggested getting the media baskets for all in one nanos. So I happened to find a used one, almost brand new on ebay for my son's tank. So what combination of media do you use? I assume filter floss on top so you can replace frequently, but the others? Do you put them in some sort of bag? What has been your best or most effective combination?

We use chemi pure elite, some use purigen, some use both. Chemipure elite is carbon with some GFO in there so that kind of covers both. Also it is clean and easy to use.

I have been using cpe and purgen with floss on top of mine. Works great and easy to maintain!
