Moonlights ... LEDs - ok to leave on 24x7 ... ?

Since they don't give off any heat really, and they look so nice ... is it ok to leave my strip of LEDs on 24x7 on both my 12g nano and 60g reef? Am I hurting anyone / anything in doing so? Thanks! Happy summer folks!

Many a reefer do leave their moonlights on 24/7. When I had moonlights I ran them 24/7 except for 2 days a month. The low light output of the moonlights gets "lost" during the day and not enough to keep things awake at night from what I understand.
